• Vengono inviati SOLO: barcode, nome prodotto, prezzo,
supermercato, provincia, timestamp
• Nessun identificativo del dispositivo o dell'utente

USO DEI DATI AGGREGATI:
I dati sui prezzi dei prodotti, raccolti in forma anonima
e aggregata, potranno essere utilizzati dal titolare anche
per finalità commerciali (es. report statistici, API per terzi),
esclusivamente in forma aggregata e mai riconducibile
a singoli utenti.

Il consenso a questo trattamento è incluso nell'accettazione

L'app utilizza Firebase Cloud Messaging per inviare notifiche,

Il dispositivo viene associato a un identificativo di
raggruppamento basato su paese e provincia selezionati
nell'app (es. "it_bologna") — non vengono condivisi nome,
posizione precisa (GPS) o altri dati identificativi.

NOTIFICHE SUI PREZZI (generate sul dispositivo)
L'app può mostrare notifiche generate direttamente sul tuo
telefono, ad esempio un prodotto che costa meno, il "confronto
del giorno" tra due supermercati o un promemoria della lista
della spesa. Sono calcolate localmente dal database della tua
provincia già scaricato e dai tuoi prodotti: per generarle non
viene inviato né raccolto alcun dato aggiuntivo. I prezzi
mostrati sono segnalati dagli utenti e indicano la data del
rilevamento. Su Android 13+ il permesso è richiesto con una
spiegazione; puoi rifiutarlo o revocarlo in qualsiasi momento
da Impostazioni del dispositivo → App → SpesaFurba → Notifiche.

notifications, y compris des communications liées à votre
zone géographique. L'appareil est associé à un identifiant
de regroupement basé sur le pays et le département sélectionnés
dans l'app (ex. "fr_paris") — aucun nom, position précise (GPS)
ou autre donnée identifiante n'est partagé.

NOTIFICATIONS SUR LES PRIX (générées sur l'appareil)
L'app peut afficher des notifications générées directement sur
ton téléphone, par exemple un produit moins cher, la « comparaison
du jour » entre deux supermarchés ou un rappel de ta liste de
courses. Elles sont calculées localement à partir de la base de
ton département déjà téléchargée et de tes produits : aucune
donnée supplémentaire n'est envoyée ni collectée pour les générer.
Les prix affichés sont signalés par les utilisateurs et indiquent
leur date de relevé. Sur Android 13+, l'autorisation est demandée
avec une explication ; tu peux la refuser ou la retirer à tout
moment dans Paramètres de l'appareil → Apps → SpesaFurba →
Notifications.

Die App verwendet Firebase Cloud Messaging, um Benachrichtigungen
zu senden, einschließlich Mitteilungen zu Ihrer geografischen
Region. Das Gerät wird einer Gruppierungskennung zugeordnet,
die auf dem in der App ausgewählten Land und Bezirk basiert
(z.B. "de_bayern") — Name, genauer Standort (GPS) oder andere
identifizierende Daten werden nicht geteilt.

PREISBENACHRICHTIGUNGEN (auf dem Gerät erzeugt)
Die App kann Benachrichtigungen anzeigen, die direkt auf deinem
Handy erzeugt werden, zum Beispiel ein günstiger gewordenes
Produkt, den „Vergleich des Tages" zwischen zwei Supermärkten
oder eine Erinnerung an deine Einkaufsliste. Sie werden lokal aus
der bereits heruntergeladenen Datenbank deiner Region und aus
deinen Produkten berechnet: Für ihre Erstellung werden keine
zusätzlichen Daten gesendet oder erhoben. Die angezeigten Preise
werden von Nutzern gemeldet und nennen das Erfassungsdatum.
Ab Android 13 wird die Berechtigung mit einer Erklärung
angefragt; du kannst sie jederzeit ablehnen oder widerrufen unter
Geräteeinstellungen → Apps → SpesaFurba → Benachrichtigungen.

La app utiliza Firebase Cloud Messaging para enviar
notificaciones, incluidas comunicaciones relacionadas con tu
zona geográfica. El dispositivo se asocia a un identificador
de agrupación basado en el país y la provincia seleccionados
en la app (ej. "es_madrid") — no se comparte nombre, ubicación
precisa (GPS) ni otros datos identificativos.

NOTIFICACIONES DE PRECIOS (generadas en el dispositivo)
La app puede mostrar notificaciones generadas directamente en tu
móvil, por ejemplo un producto que baja de precio, la «comparación
del día» entre dos supermercados o un recordatorio de tu lista de
la compra. Se calculan localmente con la base de datos de tu
provincia ya descargada y con tus productos: para generarlas no se
envía ni se recoge ningún dato adicional. Los precios mostrados
los informan los usuarios e indican la fecha de la medición. En
Android 13+ el permiso se solicita con una explicación; puedes
rechazarlo o retirarlo en cualquier momento en Ajustes del
dispositivo → Apps → SpesaFurba → Notificaciones.

8. COMMUNITY PRICE DATABASE — CLOUD

The app includes a cloud-based shared database allowing users
to contribute and benefit from local community prices
(by country and province).

HOW IT WORKS:
• Voluntary and anonymous contribution: add a product in the
app, the price is shared with the community
• ONLY transmitted: barcode, product name, price,
supermarket, province, timestamp
• No device or user identifier

USE OF AGGREGATED DATA:
Anonymously and aggregately collected product price data may be
used by the controller for commercial purposes (e.g. statistical
reports, API for third parties), exclusively in aggregated form
and never traceable to individual users.

Consent to this processing is included in the initial acceptance
of this Privacy Policy, mandatorily required at the app's first
launch — no separate additional consent is required for the
database contribution feature.

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS (Firebase Cloud Messaging)
The app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to send notifications,
including communications related to your geographic area.
The device is associated with a grouping identifier based on
the country and province selected in the app (e.g. "en_london")
— no name, precise location (GPS), or other identifying data
is shared.

DISABLE: Device Settings → Apps → SpesaFurba →
Notifications → OFF

PRICE NOTIFICATIONS (generated on your device)
The app can show notifications generated directly on your phone,
for example a product that got cheaper, the "daily comparison"
between two supermarkets, or a reminder about your shopping list.
They are calculated locally from your province's database that is
already downloaded and from your own products: no additional data
is sent or collected to generate them. The prices shown are
reported by users and state the date they were recorded. On
Android 13+ the permission is requested with an explanation; you
can decline or revoke it at any time in Device Settings → Apps →
SpesaFurba → Notifications.

Data processed by the app. The app uses an anonymous identifier generated by Firebase Authentication (no name, email or account) and a device identifier for notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging), to run the price database and send alerts. Only if you consent, Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data and an approximate location (country/region, derived from the IP address). The prices, products and supermarkets you enter are shared with the community without your name. Photos and receipts are processed on your phone and are not uploaded. Loyalty cards stay on your device only. You can request deletion of your data using the contact details on this page.
